Basic Safety Guidelines

While listening to your hypnosis MP3 recording it is important to follow some basic rules:

Make sure you are in a safe and comfortable space.

Do not listen to your hypnosis download while driving or operating any type of machinery.

Following your Hypnosis session give yourself adequate time to reorient yourself prior to attempting to drive.
-
Do not leave anything unattended that requires your attention (such as leaving something cooking on the stove) as you will need 30 to 40 minutes of uninterrupted time.
