What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is simply a state of extreme physical and mental relaxation. During this time of extreme relaxation your brain waves move from Beta to Alpha and eventually to Theta waves which significantly increases your ability to focus, concentrate and receive information. Allowing you to become more receptive to viewing things in a much clearer perspective.

Is Hypnosis dangerous?
Not at all.
Hypnosis is a deepened state of relaxation. Much like what you experience just prior to falling asleep.

Will I still be in control?
Yes, absolutely.
You will be in complete control of yourself the entire time. Hypnosis cannot make you do anything you wouldn’t normally be agreeable to do.

What if I choose to stop during my session?
You can easily discontinue (stop) at any time during the Hypnosis session. It’s as easy as opening your eyes.

Can intelligent people be hypnotized?
Yes, without question.
Countless studies suggest that people of average and above average intelligence levels are especially good candidates for hypnosis.
In fact, people who are creative and have good imaginations make some of the best candidates.

Will I be asleep or unconscious under Hypnosis?
While under Hypnosis you will be neither asleep nor unconsciousness.
Actually remaining awake is essential in receiving the full beneficial effects of the hypnosis session.
While in the hypnotic state your body will in some respects resemble sleep in the physical form, eyes closed, slow breathing, decreased heart rate, relaxed muscle tone. But from the mental perspective you will be awake. Utilizing the powers of both your conscious and subconscious mind. Although it is not uncommon for people to find themselves drifting in and out of a dream like state.

Can I get stuck in a hypnotic trance?
No one has ever been stuck in a hypnotic trance.
You can end your session at any time during the process. Hypnosis is primarily a deep state of physical and mental relaxation that allows your conscious and subconscious mind to process information in a much more efficient manner.

How will I feel when my session is over?
You will feel deeply relaxed and peaceful.
You may feel a little sleepy or groggy similar to that when you wake from sleeping.
This is why it is important not to drive or operate machinery during or immediately following your session.
